Once you’re approved, our platform pairs you with a local provider to complete your scan and start treatment.
2. Visit your dentist for a 3D scan
Your dentist completes a full clinical exam, X-rays, photos, and a high-precision 3D scan. This ensures your treatment is medically appropriate, accurate, and safe.
3. Review your custom plan + check insurance
An aalto specialist orthodontist collaborates with your dentist to design your custom plan.
You’ll receive a visual preview of your tooth movement timeline - and choose a payment option that fits your budget including insurance coverage checks, HSA/FSA eligibility, and flexible monthly plans.
4. Begin treatment with your dentist
Your aligners arrive quickly.
Your dentist fits your first trays, ensuring comfort, accuracy, and that your teeth track correctly from day one. You’ll also receive your complimentary teeth whitening so you can brighten your smile.
5. Remote monitoring, finishing touches & retainers
Your progress is tracked through smart digital check-ins, reducing unnecessary visits and keeping treatment moving smoothly.
When you finish, your dentist completes your final checks and provides your retainers to maintain your new smile long-term.
