Is Aalto Right for You?
Aalto aligners are made for everyone. Whether you’re 14 or 50+, just starting your smile journey or picking up where braces left off.
We treat everything from small tweaks to more complex cases. Age, smile goals, and dental health all play a part, but chances are, you’re eligible.

Ages 14 - 50+
Aalto aligners are suitable for both adults and teens who have all their permanent teeth. Teenagers must have their second molars fully erupted, ensuring their teeth are ready for orthodontic movement. Our treatment provides an ideal solution for those looking for a nearly invisible alternative to braces, whether for personal confidence or professional appearance.

Good Oral Health
Candidates for clear aligners should have healthy teeth and gums, free from untreated cavities or active gum disease. Before starting treatment, it’s important to have a dental check-up to ensure there are no underlying oral health concerns that need addressing.

Minor to Severe
We offer clear aligner solutions for mild to severe cases, including crowding, spacing, overbites, underbites, and more. Our expert team carefully assesses each case to create a customised treatment plan that delivers safe, effective, and long-lasting results. Whether you need minor adjustments or a more complex realignment, we’re here to help you achieve your perfect smile.

Commited
Clear aligners require consistent wear (20-22 hours per day) to achieve the best results. Candidates should be committed to wearing their aligners as instructed and following their treatment plan, including regular remote check-ins or in-clinic visits as needed.
The Aalto Difference
Your smile affects how you show up in the world - how you express yourself, and how confidently you move through the moments that matter.
That’s why every Aalto journey begins with a treatment plan created by a specialist orthodontist - experts with years of advanced training focused on tooth movement, bite stability, and long-term oral health.
Your treating dentist delivers your care in person, guided by your specialist orthodontist and supported by remote monitoring throughout your treatment.

If you don't have orthodontic coverage, Aalto is still designed to be affordable, with payment plans from around $30 a week through your local dentist's practice.
How does Aalto work?
With Aalto, your treating dentist delivers your care, while an orthodontist oversees your treatment plan to ensure it’s safe and effective.
- Treatment plan: An orthodontist designs and reviews your custom plan.
- Dentist-led care: Your treating dentist performs all in-office procedures — scans, attachments, and check-ups.
- Remote monitoring: Your progress is tracked via your phone so your dentist and the overseeing orthodontist can monitor treatment and stay aligned, keeping your treatment on track with fewer visits.
Summary: Your dentist treats you. The orthodontist supervises. You get expert-backed care, fewer appointments, and a plan that stays on track.
