Shipping policy

 

(a) Locations:
We deliver to addresses in Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post.

(b) Delivery Costs:
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

(c) Dispatch Times:
Aligners are typically dispatched within 48 hours of fabrication. For other products, dispatch may take up to 5 days from the time we receive your order and payment, unless otherwise noted on our website. All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier.

(d) Delivery Changes:
If you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact us as soon as possible. If no one is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, additional delivery fees may apply.

(e) Delivery Method:
We use various delivery methods, and all deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign, a notification card will be left so you can arrange collection from your local post office.

(f) Title and Risk:
Ownership of products passes to you once the order is delivered and payment has been fully processed. If payment is declined, we reserve the right to withhold or reclaim the products. Responsibility for any loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address.
