Aalto treatment is delivered through your local dentist, with payment plans from around $30 a week.
The exact terms are set by the practice you're matched with, and many offer interest-free or low-cost monthly plans that spread the cost across your treatment. Once you're matched, they'll walk you through the options available.
Often, yes - many dental insurance plans with orthodontic benefits can contribute toward clear aligner treatment.
How much you can claim depends on your plan and level of coverage. Once your treatment begins, we'll help guide you through submitting claims for eligible in-office visits.
If you don't have orthodontic coverage, Aalto is still designed to be affordable, with payment plans from around $30 a week through your local dentist's practice.
Most aligner brands either rely on a dentist with no specialist input, or send trays in the mail with no clinical oversight at all. Aalto sits in between - planned by a specialist orthodontist, dentist-delivered, remotely monitored. That's the difference.
A general dentist is trained across everything - fillings, extractions, check-ups. Many do excellent aligner work too.

With Aalto, that happens continuously through our remote monitoring app - your dentist and specialist orthodontist can see exactly how your teeth are moving between visits, flag anything early and keep treatment on track without you needing to take time off work to sit in a waiting room.

Your plan is mapped out by a specialist orthodontist before you start, so you know what the end result should look like from day one. We monitor progress the whole way through, and if something isn't tracking as planned, we catch it early and adjust. If you finish and something still needs refining, we'll sort it out.
Tell us early and we'll factor it in. Because your treatment is planned upfront and monitored remotely, we can often time things around a big event - and clear aligners come out for the photos anyway. If you've got a date that matters, let your dentist know at the start and we'll plan around it.
